Product: Battat B. toys Light-Up Firefly Teether Glowy Chews – Firefly Frank. Issue: The teether poses a choking hazard to young children. What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Firefly Frank and return it to any Hudson's Bay store for a full refund, or contact Battat to return by mail for a full refund. Affected products What you should do Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and Maison Battat Inc.
What to do
Consumers should immediately take the recalled Firefly Frank teether away from children and return the product to any Hudson's Bay store to receive a full refund, or contact Battat to return by mail for a full refund. For more information, consumers may contact Maison Battat Inc. at 1-844-963-2479 between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. ET Monday through Friday or visit the firm's Web site . Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
