Consumers should immediately stop using the affected product and contact Pentair Water Pool and Spa, Inc. to arrange for a free service visit to have the nuts tightened to the specified torque. For more information, consumers may contact Pentair Water Pool and Spa, Inc. by telephone toll free at 1-800-831-7133 from 8:00a.m. to 7:30 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday. Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website .
