Product: Joy/JM branded "My Little Steamer ® " and "My Little Steamer ® Go Mini". Issue: The products can expel, spray, or leak hot water during use, posing a potential burn hazard to consumers. What to do: Consumers should stop using the product and contact HSN for information on how to receive a full refund or a partial refund depending on when the unit was purchased. Affected products What you should do Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and HSN.

What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using and destroy the affected products. Contact HSN for information about how to receive a full refund for units purchased from January 2018 to December 2020 or a partial refund for units purchased before January 2015. For more information, consumers may contact HSN at 1-855-654-0942 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, or online at Steamer Recall Settlement or the company website . Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
