Product: HEROISK and TALRIKA plates, bowls and mugs. Issue: The plates, bowls and mugs can break during use, posing a burn hazard when they contain hot liquids. What to do: Immediately stop using the recalled dinnerware and return them to an IKEA store for a refund. Affected products What you should do Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and IKEA Canada.

What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled dinnerware and return the product to the IKEA Returns & Exchanges department for a full refund. Consumers are encouraged to check for store hours and openings due to the COVID-19 restrictions. For more information, consumers may contact IKEA Customer Support Centre at 1-800-661-9807 or online to access Product Recalls. Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
