Issue: The affected products have faulty temperature and timer knobs that cause electricity to be conducted to the touchable surface of the knob, posing a risk of electric shock. What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using and unplug the recalled product and contact Team International Group of America, Inc. for a free repair kit. Consumers should immediately stop using and unplug the recalled product and contact Team International Group of America, Inc. for a free repair kit. For more information, consumers may contact Team International Group of America, Inc. toll-free at 1-844-847-4556, Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, and Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST, or by email: recall@kalorik.com . Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website .
