Product: Fisher-Price 4-in-1 Rock 'n Glide Soothers and 2-in-1 Soothe 'n Play Gliders. Issue: Infants who are placed unrestrained in the products and later found on their stomach are at risk of suffocation. What to do: Immediately stop using the Fisher-Price 4-in-1 Rock 'n Glide Soothers and the Fisher-Price 2-in-1 Soothe 'n Play Gliders and contact Fisher-Price to obtain a full or partial refund. Affected products What you should do Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and Mattel Canada.
What to do
Canadian consumers should immediately stop using the product and contact Mattel to obtain a full or partial refund. For more information, consumers can contact Fisher-Price toll free at 1-855-853-6224 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET Monday through Friday or online . Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
