Product: Cove 24 inch Built-in Dishwashers. Issue: The heating element in the dishwasher may not properly shut off and could overheat, posing a fire hazard. What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using the product, shut off the power supply to the unit, and contact the company for a free inspection and repair. What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled dishwasher, unplug the dishwasher from its power source, and contact Cove Appliance to schedule a free inspection and repair. Consumers may contact Cove Appliance toll-free at 1-888-651-9376, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST, via e-mail at support@coveappliance.com or online . Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
