Product: Xing da Toy Oval Magnets. Issue: Health Canada's sampling and evaluation program has determined that the magnets do not meet the magnetic force requirements of the Toys Regulations and pose an ingestion hazard. What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled magnet set, ensure all pieces are accounted for and contact their municipality for instructions on how to dispose of or recycle the products. Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled magnet set, ensure all pieces are accounted for and contact their municipality for instructions on how to dispose of or recycle the products. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
