Product: Brushed Gold Kettle Issue: The kettle can expel hot water and/or excessive steam, posing a burn hazard. What to do: Immediately stop using the affected kettles and contact Gramr, Inc. for an account credit, or a refund in certain cases. What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the affected kettle and contact the Company for an account credit, or a refund in certain cases. For more information, consumers may contact the Company at 1-866-512-2152 from 09:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST Monday through Friday or at the firm's website at www.causebox.com and click on Safety Notices. Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
