Product: Caldwell Rechargeable Battery compatible with Caldwell E-Max Pro BT Hearing Protection. Issue: The rechargeable battery pack can short circuit and overheat, posing a burn hazard to consumers. What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using the affected rechargeable battery and contact American Outdoor Brands Inc. for a free replacement battery pack. Affected products What you should do Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and American Outdoor Brands Inc.

What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the affected rechargeable battery and contact American Outdoor Brands Inc. for a free replacement battery pack. For more information, consumers should contact American Outdoor Brands, Inc. by telephone at 1-877-416-5167, Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. ET, or visit the Caldwell recall website . Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
