Product: Arroyo and Hideaway Wood Burning Fire Pits. Issue: Wood stored in the storage area under the fire pits can ignite posing a fire hazard. What to do: Immediately stop using the Arroyo or Hideaway Wood Burning Fire Pits. Real Flame will arrange for removal of the fireplace and provide consumers a refund. What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using their Arroyo or Hideaway Wood Burning Fire Pits. Real Flame will arrange for removal of the fireplace and provide consumers a refund. For more information, consumers may contact Real Flame Co. Inc. by telephone toll-free at 1-800-654-1704, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET or online and click "Support" for more information. Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
