Product: Woodlets Lifting Puzzles Alphabet, Woodlets Lifting Puzzles Vehicles, Woodlets Lifting Puzzles Safari, and Woodlets Lifting Puzzles Farm. Issue: The small plastic pegs, which are used to lift the puzzle pieces, can detach from the metal screw holding the peg in place, posing a choking hazard to the user. What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled toy and return the product to any Toys "R" Us Canada store for a full refund. Affected products What you should do

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled toy and return the product to any Toys "R" Us Canada store for a full refund.
