Product: Various Hallmark softwood round teethers with attachments Issue: The wooden ring can break into small parts, posing a choking hazard. What to do: Immediately stop using the recalled teether and contact Hallmark's customer care for a reimbursement. What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the product and contact Hallmark’s customer care to be provided with a full reimbursement. For more information, consumers can contact Hallmark by phone at 1-800-268-3230, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET or visit their website and click on Product Recalls. Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
