Product: StepUp Sidekick Learning Tower™ Issue: The storage tray with cup holders and the step can come loose from the tower, posing a fall hazard to the child. What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled step stool and chair and contact the company for a refund or credit. What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled step stool and chair. Eligible consumers are being offered a full refund, or a credit of equivalent value towards the purchase price of another Step2 product on Step2.com, or a Walmart gift card. For more information, consumers may contact The Step2 Company, LLC Customer Support Services at 1-800-347-8372 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. ET Monday through Friday. Consumers may also visit the website at Step2.com and click on Product Recalls at the bottom of the page for more information. Step2 is notifying all known customers directly. Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
