Rattlesnake Egg - Singing magnets recalled due to ingestion hazard

Health Canada's sampling and evaluation program has determined that the magnets do not meet the magnetic force requirements of the Toys Regulations and pose an ingestion hazard. The results of swallowing small powerful magnets can be very serious and life-threatening. Swallowing incidents have often resulted in considerable damage to the gastrointestinal tissues and required emergency surgical treatment. For survivors, there can be long-term health consequences. As of August 26, 2021, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries. For more information on the danger of swallowing magnets, please see magnet safety . What to do
Consumers should immediately take the recalled toy magnet set away from children and return to the place of purchase for a full refund. For more information, consumers may contact the Customer Service Department of Toy Land Company by telephone at 1-800-668-6388 between 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (P.S.T.) Monday through Friday or by Email at sales@toylandcompany.com . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
