Product: Clicker X HB Step-In Snowboard Bindings. Issue: The binding's metal retaining clip may fracture during use. This could result in a user separating from the bindings, posing a fall hazard. What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using the snowboard bindings and contact K2 Corporation of Canada to return product for replacement of impacted hardware. Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and contact K2 Corporation of Canada to return the product for replacement of impacted hardware. For more information, consumers can contact K2 Canada toll free at 1-877-393-7049 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST Monday through Friday, or by email at customerservice@k2canada.com . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
