Product: Specialized Tarmac SL7 Bicycles. Issue: The bicycle fork's steering tube may crack on hard impact, posing a fall hazard. What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using the bicycles and contact an authorized Specialized retailer. Affected products What you should do
What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and bring them to the nearest Specialized Canada dealer for a free inspection and upgrade. For more information, consumers can contact Specialized Canada toll free at 1-800-465-8887 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST Monday through Friday or through the company's website . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
