Revised and Expanded: Tomahawk Nordic Foam Low Expansion Insulation Polyurethane foam recalled due to improper labelling

Issue
The recalled products do not meet the applicable labelling requirements for consumer chemical products required by the Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations , 2001, under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act . The lack of accurate labelling information could result in unintentional exposure to the product and lead to serious illness or injury, including death. As of October 18, 2021, the company has received no report of incident or injuries in Canada.

What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and return them to the retailer for a refund. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
