Consumers should immediately take the recalled toy away from children and dispose of it. Consumers may get a refund by filling out the recall form at www.importsdragon.com . For more information, consumers may contact client services at Imports Dragon at 1-866-559-8128 between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m., EST from Monday to Friday or send an email . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products that pose a danger to human health or safety from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents or concerns related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
