Consumers who suspect that they have affected corded window coverings should immediately keep all cords away from children and contact B&B Blinds for instructions on their product. For additional information, consumers may contact B&B Blinds, by telephone at 403-243-0815, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m, Monday through Friday, by e-mail or by visiting the company's website . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
