Product: Step2 Little Helper's Shopping Cart TM . Issue: Shopping Cart basket can break posing an injury hazard. What to do: Consumers should immediately discontinue use of this product and contact Step2 to receive a replacement product. Affected products What you should do Joint voluntary recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and The Step2 Company LLC.
What to do
Consumers should immediately discontinue use of the product and contact Step2 to receive a replacement product. Consumers can contact Step2 at 1-800-347-8372 Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Eastern Time, or online and click on "Services & Recall" for more information. Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products that pose a danger to human health or safety from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents or concerns related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
