Product: Various pyjamas and dressing gowns sold by Joules Limited. Issue: The products fail to meet the flammability requirements for children's sleepwear, posing a risk to children. What to do: Customers should contact the company for a refund. Affected products What you should do Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and Joules Limited.
What to do
Customers should immediately stop using the product and contact the company for a refund. For more information and a free return label, consumers may contact Joules at 1-800-583-9559, by email or online . Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
