What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled units and contact RH US, LLC in order to receive a full refund. For more information consumers may contact RH US, LLC toll free at 1-844-623-7500 from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. PT, Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT on Saturday and Sunday; email or online and click on "Safety Recalls" at the bottom of the page. Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
