Product: Kichler 52" 5-Blade Indoor Fan, manufactured from January 2016 to April 2017. Issue: Injury hazard due to fan blade breaking off during use. What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled ceiling fans and contact either the lighting showroom where the unit was purchased or Kichler Lighting LLC. Affected products What you should do Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and Kichler Lighting LLC.
What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled ceiling fans and contact either the lighting showroom where the unit was purchased or Kichler Lighting LLC. Consumers may contact Kichler Lighting LLC by telephone toll-free at 866-558-5706 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET Monday through Friday in order to initiate the replacement process. For more information, consumers may also visit the company's website . Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
