Issue: The relay lithium-ion battery can overheat and the USB cable can cause the battery to overheat, posing a potential risk of property damage and personal injury. What to do: Consumers should immediately install the latest relay firmware update. Consumers with the G10T USB cable should return it to Yamaha Guitar Group. Affected products What you should do Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and Yamaha Guitar Group, Inc.

Consumers should immediately stop using the affected relays and update them using the latest firmware. Consumers with the G10T USB Cable should contact Yamaha Guitar Group for a refund.
