Product: Line 6 Digital Wireless Relay G10, G10S, G10T and G10T USB Cable. Issue: The relay lithium-ion battery can overheat and the USB cable can cause the battery to overheat, posing a potential risk of property damage and personal injury. What to do: Consumers should immediately install the latest relay firmware update. Consumers with the G10T USB cable should return it to Yamaha Guitar Group. Affected products What you should do Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and Yamaha Guitar Group, Inc.
What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the affected relays and update them using the latest firmware. Consumers with the G10T USB Cable should contact Yamaha Guitar Group for a refund. For more information, consumers can contact Yamaha Guitar Group by telephone at 1-818-575-3600 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. PST Monday through Friday or by visiting the company's website . Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
