Product: DEWALT DW0165, DWO165s, and DWO0330s laser distance measurers. Issue: The recalled products may operate at a higher power level than their markings indicate, posing a risk of operator misuse and injury. Consumer should immediately stop using the recalled product and contact DEWALT Industrial Tool Co. to obtain a relabelling kit. For more information, consumers may contact DEWALT via the DEWALT helpline toll-free at (800) 847-9466 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, via email , or visit the company's website . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
