Product: ECHO and Shindaiwa Backpack Blowers with shoulder straps. Issue: Components can be drawn into the blower fan, causing plastic pieces to be expelled from the machine, posing laceration and impact hazards. Consumers should immediately stop using the backpack blower and contact their local authorized ECHO or Shindaiwa service dealer for free repair. For Shindaiwa information, visit www.shindaiwa-usa.com or call Shindaiwa's toll free number between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. CST Monday to Friday at 877-986-7783 to speak to a company representative.
