Consumers should immediately stop using the affected tea kettles and contact Continuum for a full refund if proof of purchase is available. If not, consumers will be entitled to a refund of $29.99 USD. For more information, consumers may contact the company’s customer service by telephone tole free at 1-800-669-6385 between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm ET Monday through Friday or online at www.gocontinuum.com and click on Recall Information. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products that pose a danger to human health or safety from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents or concerns related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
