Lambeth Outdoor Metal Torches recalled due to Potential Fire Hazard

Issue
Torch fuel can leak from the top of the torch canister and ignite, posing a potential fire hazard. As of October 21, 2021, the company has received 2 reports in Canada and 5 reports in the United States that fuel leaked from the Torches. The Company is not aware of any reports of personal injury associated with the issue or that the leaked fuel ignited.

What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Torches and contact RH US, LLC for a refund or credit. Toll free at 833-424-1125 from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. PT, Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT on Saturday and Sunday; email at: recall@rh.com or online at www.rh.com and click on “Safety Recalls” at the bottom of the page. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form . This recall is also posted on the OECD Global Portal on Product Recalls website . You can visit this site for more information on other international consumer product recalls.
