If the products are not tested or inspected properly as directed on the Safety Alert section of www.petzl.com , the user could experience slippage and a high rate of descent to the ground resulting in severe injury or death. As of November 23, 2021, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada. In the United States, the company has received 2 reports of incidents involving slippage and no reports of injuries.
