Convatec has observed that an incorrect connector was used to manufacture specific lots of the Avelle NPWT pump. An incorrect connector may lead to an inefficient seal between the pump and the connector, which may, in turn, lead to the device not being able to provide negative pressure and as such, not working as intended.
