Baxter Corporation has internally identified a scenario on the Novum IQ Large Volume Infusion Pump (lVP) where 1) an unintended second bolus or 2) an unintended second auto-programming order update may be delivered to the patient. Baxter Corporation has identified an additional scenario where a rapid double key press will result in unintended behavior on the Novum IQ LVP. This issue will occur if the user rapidly double presses the 'OK' key (<200 milliseconds apart) when accepting a value exceeding the drug library soft limit. Recall start date: December 29, 2021.
