Forum Novelties' Twilight Princess Costume recalled due to Flammability Hazard

Health Canada's sampling and evaluation program has determined that the recalled children's costume does not meet the flammability requirements under the Toys Regulations . If exposed to ignition sources such as stove elements, candles, matches or lighters, the costume can catch fire, posing a risk to children. As of October 26, 2021, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

What to do
Consumers should immediately take the recalled costume away from children and discard it in regular household waste. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
