The manufacturer reported a fluid leak within the Benchmark Ultra instruments that created an electrical short on the instrument's general purpose input/output (GPIO) board's printed circuit board (PCB). The event was localized to the J1 connector of the GPIO board in the lower rear portion inside the instrument and there was no injury. Recall start date: Jan 18, 2022
