Hillrom has received complaint reports of the Liko traverse carriers being delivered with the incorrect mounting bolts. The bolts are used to assemble the secondary rail with the traverse rail carrier. If approved installation procedures are not followed correctly, there is a low probability the rail system could fail and lead to patient or caregiver injury. No patient involvement or injuries were associated with any reports received. Recall start date: Jan 27, 2022
