Norwex Ceramic Knives Recalled due to Laceration Hazard

The handle of the affected knives can break during use and pose a laceration hazard to the consumer’s hands or fingers. As of April 11, 2022, the company has received 91 reports of handle breakage in Canada, and no reports of injuries. In the United States, the company has received 67 reports of handle breakage and no reports of injuries.

What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled knives and contact Norwex for instructions describing the process to return the product for a product of equal or greater value. Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and Norwex Canada Inc. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
