Stryker received reports of Yukon Lock Shaft Inserters, lot MXGD, having difficulty threading into screws and/or thread deformation observed on the inserter. Further investigation identified the thread deformation to be the result of a manufacturing non-conformance. No adverse events have been reported for this issue. Recall start date: June 3, 2022
