The Children’s Place Baby Boy Rompers Recalled due to Choking Hazard

The metal snaps may detach during use and pose a choking hazard to young children. As of June 20, 2022, the company has received no reports of snaps detaching in Canada, and no reports of injuries. In the United States, the company has received two reports of snaps detaching and no reports of injuries.

What to do
Consumers should immediately take the recalled rompers away from children and contact The Children’s Place for instructions that describe how to return the product for a refund. For more information, consumers can contact The Children’s Place by telephone at 1‑877-827-7895, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EDT, or visit the company website . Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and The Children’s Place. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
