Haemonetics corporation internal software test team identified test results printed using a thermal printer attached to the Teg 6s instrument, in non-english languages, exhibited text errors. The error is only applicable when using software version 1.7.0 or higher when testing platelet mapping(plm) adp&aa cartridges and printing in languages other than English.
