Cardinal Health was recently informed of a field action recall from icu medical concerning the microclave clear connector referenced above. The recall is being issued due to the potential for a manufacturing defect within specific lots of microclave clear sets, which may result in a visible gap between the microclave clear connector's top and bottom housings. Presource® has completed its investigation regarding this correction and determined that you may have received presource kits containing the affected ICU medical component(s) and lot number(s).
