Professor Puzzle Rainbow Stacker toy recalled due to choking hazard

A peelable, plastic label located on the smallest center piece of wood can peel off and pose a choking hazard to small children. As of October 17, 2022, the company has received no reports of injuries in Canada. In the Unites States, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled rainbow stacker toy, remove and dispose of the plastic label. Consumers may also return the product to Homesense, Winners or Marshalls Canada for a full refund.
