This recall has been initiated due to the risk of blood or fluid leak while priming the sets and/or during fluid administration. 3M has received complaints regarding leaks associated with the auto-venting bubble trap which have been determined to be associated with a manufacturing issue. No injuries have been reported. Recall start date: October 27, 2022
