Carter’s One-Piece Fleece Footed Pyjama recalled due to Possible Skin Puncture/Scratch Hazard

The company identified small pieces of metal wire in a small number of units of the recalled product. If a consumer contacts the edge of a wire piece, it could pose a possible skin puncture or a scratch hazard. As of November 8, 2022, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada and the Unites States.

Physical hazard

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and return it to a Carter’s store location for a full refund in the form of a gift card. Consumers may also contact the Carter’s Consumer Affairs department and request a free return label and envelope to return the product for a refund in the form of an electronic gift card. Consumers can contact Carter’s Consumer Affairs department by calling 800-692-4674 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. ET Monday through Friday or online for more information.
