Health Canada's sampling and evaluation program has determined that the pacifier handle can detach, releasing small parts that may pose a choking hazard to young children. As of December 6, 2022, the company has received no reports of injuries or incidents in Canada. Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled pacifiers and return to the place of purchase for a refund.
