Crate and Kids Thornhill Crib recalled due to potential fall and entrapment hazards

The mattress support pins do not fit in the holes properly on all levels of the mattress support causing the potential for a fall and entrapment hazards. As of December 12, 2022, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada. In the Unites States, the company has received 6 incident report and no reports of injuries. Entrapment hazard - Fall hazard

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Crate and Kids Thornhill Crib and contact Crate and Barrel to receive a refund or a replacement crib. For more information, consumers may contact Crate and Barrel toll free at 1-800-451-8217 from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. CT Monday through Friday, Saturday and Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CT and a customer service representative will be able to answer questions about the recall. Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and Crate and Barrel. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada.
