Quality Bicycle Products Recalls select Carbon Handlebars and Bicycles due to Injury Hazard

The recalled handlebars can crack where the brake/shift levers are installed and cause a crash, posing an injury hazard. As of January 3, 2023, the company has received no reports of incidents in Canada, and no reports of injuries. In the United States, the company has received 37 reports of handlebars cracking or fracturing while in use and no reports of injuries.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and contact their local retailer for a free installation of a replacement carbon handlebar or an alternative aluminum handlebar.
