Mombella Mini Mushroom Soothing Teether recalled due to suffocation hazard

Health Canada's sampling and evaluation program has determined that the Mombella Mini Mushroom Soothing Teether is a pacifier and does not meet the requirements of the Pacifiers Regulations . Specifically, t he guard or shield of the pacifier can block the airway of the user, posing a suffocation hazard to young babies and children. As of December 23, 2022, the company has received no reports of injuries or incidents in Canada. What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled pacifiers and dispose of the product. For more information, consumers can contact Leda Health by email at info@ledahealth.ca , Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
