Skip Hop Silver Lining Activity Gym recalled due to potential choking hazard

Children may put the raindrops of the Raindrop Toy Component in their mouths which may pose a potential choking hazard. As of February 2, 2023, Skip Hop has received 11 reports regarding the Activity Gym and children putting the Raindrop Toy Component in their mouths. Neither Skip Hop nor TGCC are aware of any reports of incidents or injuries in Canada or Mexico, and only one of the 11 reports is confirmed to be in the US.

What to do
Consumers should immediately remove the raindrops from the Raindrop Toy Component by cutting them off or destroying the Raindrop Toy Component. Consumers can submit a photograph of the modified or destroyed toy to Skip Hop through www.skiphoprecall.com for a $10 gift card. Consumers can contact Skip Hop toll free by calling 1-800-692-4674 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. ET Monday through Friday or online at www.skiphop.com and click on Product Recalls at the bottom of the page or visit www.skiphoprecall.com for more information. Service is also available in French. Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission ( US CPSC ), PROFECO (Mexico), and Skip Hop. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
