Cardinal Health has initiated a medical device correction for specific production lots of the Cardinal Health™ Jackson-Pratt™ channel drains. The recall is being issued due to various performance issues including lack of radiopacity in wound drains, dull trocars impacting product performance, lack of flexibility of wound drains, and broken wound tips. Presource® has completed its investigation regarding this recall and determined that Presource kits containing the affected cardinal health component(s) and lot number(s).
