WARN® Handheld Wireless/Corded Remote Control for VR EVO Winches recalled due to injury hazard

A small number of remotes exposed to water and/or corrosion on specific locations on the circuit board may cause the winch to start operating when not intended, or to not turn off when the switch button is released, posing an injury hazard. As of January 24, 2023, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled remote and contact WARN Customer Service for a replacement remote.
